Your Agreement with DevPark

Welcome to DevPark. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DevPark website and all related services, features, content, applications, and products provided by DevPark. By accessing or using DevPark, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using DevPark services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a binding contract, and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Account Registration and Content

You may be required to register for an account to access certain features of DevPark. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you submit to DevPark (e.g., ideas, write-ups, code snippets). By submitting content, you grant DevPark a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the DevPark services.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Engaging in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Spamming the idea feed, polls, or write-up sections with irrelevant or repetitive content.
• Attempting to unfairly influence poll results or hackathon outcomes.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or data contained therein.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
• Transmitting any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.

4. Collaboration and Investor Engagement

DevPark facilitates connections between users for collaboration and potential investment. While we strive to provide a secure and supportive environment, DevPark is not responsible for the outcomes of any collaborations, agreements, or investments made between users. Users are solely responsible for due diligence and for establishing their own terms of collaboration or partnership outside of the DevPark platform.
